Our kitchen team, headed by Chef Peter Langenhan, seduces you with traditional Thuringian cuisine, characterized by many original Thuringian and Zella- Mehliser dishes and our famous regional sausage specialties.
In our kitchen we used mainly domestic products.
Served with fresh herbs from our herb garden. Special culinary events are the annual traditional roast goose dinner or the always fresh trout from the Vessertal.
